Step 3: Create templates that outline the structure and content for sales and presentation materials. Generate usable copy/paste graphics and boilerplate key message copy.
As we developed these template materials, we ensured the graphics were relevant to the brand as it previously existed, while bringing new energy and usable design elements into the visual vocabulary. We also wanted to work within the parameters of the color printers sold by the company, ensuring margins and color accuracy would be sustainable.
The result was a comprehensive marketing & communications toolkit with usable graphics, content direction for various customer-facing tools, sales presentation templates, as well as basic training in InDesign software so the marketing staff would be equipped to implement the templates with ease and consistency.
